Regular Season Round 12: Madzari - MZT Skopje 76-87

Prva Liga top team -MZT Skopje (12-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Madzari (6-6) 87-76 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Madzari. MZT Skopje made 19-of-21 charity shots (90.5 percent) during the game. The winners were led by international guard Marin Petkov (192-2003) who scored that evening 26 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and American guard Elijah McCadden (193-1999, college: Memphis) supported him with 13 points and 5 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Even a double-double of 15 points and 14 rebounds by international Amar Hot (199-2003, agency: BIG) did not help to save the game for Madzari . American guard Terry Armstrong (201-2000, college: Arizona, agency: 6th Man Basketball Agency) added 13 points. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. MZT Skopje have an impressive 12-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 12-0 record. Newly promoted Madzari keeps the sixth place with six games lost.
